Train on your own or with a friend. Sessions can be 1 hour, 45 min's or 30 min's in length & specifically tailored to your goals & needs.
Core Pilot - Pilates Reformer
Using a combination of systems from Pilates, Yoga, Resistance & Flexibility training the Core Pilot is a versatile, body conditioning workout. This style of training is suitable for beginners, rehabilitation right through to the advanced and elite trainer. Available for 1-1 or 1-2 training and self program use after at least 2 private sessions. Bookings Essential. The Core Pilot is a great way to move!!
Casual Visits
Use of facilities or group class can be purchased as a single visit or save by purchasing a 10 or 20 visit pass.

- Specific nutrition plans
- Comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments
- Weekly assessment & exercise plan
- Specific 10/20 week goal & commitment
- Full use of facilities including all classes and Pilates Mat.
Our "Gold Program" for those who really want to see results!! This program can be done 1-1 or with a friend.
