Group Class Descriptions:
All our group classes are taken by Qualified, Experienced Personal Trainers & Pilates Instructors.
Pilates - the highly popular body changing technique. Increase your body awareness, flexibility & posture while gaining a powerhouse core centre!! Great abs & a taller, leaner body!!
Pilates Equipment - all the fabulous benefits of Pilates with the added challenge of pulleys, springs, and stabilising apparatus such as foam rollers and swiss balls. This popular circuit style Pilates class is for 8 people only and is sold in a block of 4 weeks at just $5 per class for members & $18 per class for non-members.
Fighting Fit - this class is designed using a variety of boxing equipment and the technique & drills of Taekwondo to provide a great cardio workout that will tone the whole body & give you an edge in self defense! !
Bootcamp - an outdoor style cardio/weight loss session set at different levels of intensity, catering for all levels of fitness. It's a great fun way to get those results.

Yoga - Some of the many benefits of yoga include, helping you to build strong, flexible muscle, increasing mental clarity and decreasing stress.
Total Body- a half our burn to help strengthen and tone the entire body- you will feel it shaping you in these two short but highly effective weekly workouts! This class is just $18 for non-members and of course free to members
